• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SQL0105 when a query similar to "SELECT
  VALUE(MAX(B.IBMSNAP_COMMITSEQ),X'00000000000000000000')
  FROM <table> B" is done on an Oracle nickname with
  COLLATING_SEQUENCE set to Y.  Problem seen only in FP5.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• SQL0105 when a query similar to "SELECT
  VALUE(MAX(B.IBMSNAP_COMMITSEQ),X'00000000000000000000')
  FROM <table> B" is done on an Oracle nickname with
  COLLATING_SEQUENCE set to Y. Problem seen only in FP5.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix delivered in FP 16.
