  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Signal #11 segmentation violation (SIGSEGV) trap or Access
    Violation in sqlm_write_applinfo.

sqm_snapshot_buffer will probably be in the function stack above
    sqlm_write_applinfo.

A memory writing function, such as _memmove or _milli_memcpy
might be in the function stack above that.

Here is an example stack top for a trap caused by this defect.

Local fix

  • To avoid using snapshot, event monitor, and any tools that are
using snapshot like DB2 governor, any snapshot table functions.
