APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The XML logged in the 'TEXT' column of IBMQREP_EXCEPTIONS table
  is not detailed enough to reconstruct the original SQL.  For
  example, if table replbug(int col1 not null primary key, int
  col2) and these two failing SQL statements were issued:
  
    update replbug set col1=7, col2=NULL where col1=3
    update replbug set col1=8 where col1=2
  
  then the exception XML is effectively the same (bar the values
  for col1), so cannot detect whether col2 is set to NULL or not
  updated at all.
