Error description
When using the non-relational HMMER wrapper a SQL1822N error is received indicating "XML parser error" SQLSTATE=560BD. For example, the following query is run: Select SEQUENCE, SEQUENCEDESCRIPTION, SEQUENCEEVALUE, SEQUENCESCORE, SEQUENCEHITS, DOMAINNUMBER, DOMAINSCORE, DOMAINEVALUE, SEQUENCEFROM, SEQUENCEFROMGLOBAL, SEQUENCETO, SEQUENCETOGLOBAL, HMMFROM, HMMFROMGLOBAL, HMMTO, HMMTOGLOBAL from HMMERS_SWISSPROT where MODEL='testmodel1' order by SEQUENCE I get the following error on Linux: SQL1822N Unexpected error code "Unspecified Error" received from data source "Hmmer". Associated text and tokens are "XML parser error". SQLSTATE=560BD and on Windows: SQL0901N The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe system error. Subsequent SQL statements can be processed. (Reason "".) SQLSTATE=58004 Problem is due to customer using special characters that the HMMER wrapper does not handle.
