  • Incorrect error message from DRDA federated datasource when the
    user ID does not have enough privileges on the object
    
    The current message is:
    
    SQL0551N  "The ODBC authid " does not have the privilege to
    perform
    operation
    "unknown " on object "unknown ".  SQLSTATE=42501
    
    New message will be:
    
    SQL1822N  Unexpected error code "-551" received from data source
    "datasource name".
    Associated text and tokens are " SQL0551N  "USERID" does not
    have the privilege  to perform operat".  SQLSTATE=560BD
