  • QAPPLY - DATA IN TEXT COLUMN OF THE IBMQREP_EXCEPTIONS TABLE IS
UNREADABLE FOR CHAR BEFORE AND AFTER VALUES WHEN
CONVERTING THE SOURCE DATA FROM 37 TO 1208.
THE PROBLEM AFFECTS JUST THE REPORTING OF THE EXCEPTION AND NOT
THE ACTUAL DATA THAT IS APPLIED TO THE TARGET.

THE UNREADABLE CHARACTERS CAN ALSO CAUSE THE EXCEPTION FORMATTER
TO FAIL WHEN PARSING THE XML MESSAGE.
