Error description

• SQL1822N error occurred when select sql which use 'CASE' and
  double byte character via nickname on FP9a .
  
  ie :
  "SELECT  col1 AS COLUMN1 , COL2 AS COLUMN2,CASE COL3 WHEN '1'
  THEN '1:OK' WHEN '2' THEN '2:NG' END AS COLUMN3,CASE COL4
  WHEN '1' THEN '1:OK' WHEN '2' THEN '2:NG' END AS COLUMN4,
  COL5 AS COLUMN5,COL6 AS COLUMN6 FROM remote_table WHERE col1
  BETWEEN '000' AND '999' ORDER BY col1"
  * remote_table is nickname .
  
  Return follwing error :
  SQL1822N  Unexpected error code "-418" received from data source
  "remote".
  Associated text and tokens are " SQL0418N  A statement contains
  a use of a
  parameter marker".  SQLSTATE=560BDt contains a use of a
  parameter marker t".
