  *                      because it skipped blank member name    *
  ****************************************************************

  When CCCA was given an input file that was not a PDS
  member, the generated job used a parameter list with
  a leading comma indicating an omitted member name,
  but this leading comma was being ignored, causing the
  parameters to be processed incorrectly.  The main
  effect was that the DBCS option parameter was taken
  as the national language parameter, which caused it
  to attempt to load a non-existent module ABJRLN.
  

Problem conclusion

• The parameter parsing logic for ABJTOKEN has been corrected to
  support a leading comma denoting an empty parameter indicating
  that no member name was specified, so sequential files are now
  fully supported again.  (The original version of the product
  would have worked with sequential files as well, as the most of
  the logic would have used default assumptions if the parameters
  were not parsed correctly, but when national language support
  was added the code used the relevant parameter without further
  validation, resulting in an error when the empty member name
  parameter was incorrectly skipped).
