Error description

• WHEN THE PERCENT COMMAND IS REMOVED FROM THE ITMSCRSP MEMBER OF
  THE USER'S SITPSKEL DATA SET, THE 4 PERCENTILES VALUES ON THE
  COMPLETION REPORT RESPONSE TIME THRESHOLDS PANEL MAY BE MISSING.
  THIS ERROR MAY ALSO OCCUR IF THE PERCENT COMMAND IS CODED
  WITHOUT ANY VALUES.

  When the PERCENT command is removed from the ITMSCRSP member of
  user's SITPSKEL data set, the 4 percentiles values on the
  Completion Report Response Time Thresholds panel may be missing.
  This error may also occur if the PERCENT command is coded
  without any values.

Problem conclusion

• Check for missing PERCENT command or no value on the PERCENT
  command coded.  Provide 90 as the default for both situations.
