Error description

• When IHS 6.0 or 6.1 on Windows was configured to use
  SSL and started as a service, it sometimes crashed on startup.

  When IHS 6.0 or 6.1 on Windows was configured to use
  SSL and started as a service, it sometimes crashed on startup.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SSL startup code for Windows was modified to solve
  the problem.
  
  This fix is targeted for IHS fixpacks:
   - 6.0.2.39
   - 6.1.0.29
   - (n/a for 7.0 release)
